Dr. Ulrich Bente.

Dr. Ulrich Bente studied law, economics and history in Berlin (FU), Göttingen and Freiburg (Brsg.). After working as a press clerk of a party and research associate, the doctoral dissertation followed in the area of economic criminal law. The legal preparatory service took him to Berlin, Brandenburg and Atlanta, U.S.A.
After the second state examination, Dr. Bente was admitted to the bar in 1993; After the prescribed waiting period, he obtained the Specialist for Labor Law. In 2001, Dr. Bente was appointed notary in Berlin.
After working in an international and later local law firm, Dr. Bente founded the law firm “BENTE Rechtsanwälte und Notar” in 2010. The firm represents, in particular, medium-sized companies and private clients in all areas of civil law.
Dr. Bente is a member of the German Lawyers Association and a member and honorary chairman of the German-Russian Lawyers Association, as well as the German Society of Warsaw. Dr. Bente is fluent in English and Spanish; Various foreign-related mandates often lead him in particular
Also to North and South America. Dr. Bente sees himself as an individual consultant and a classic house attorney; He often accompanies his clients over decades and helps them with all the legal problems that arise along the way.
Dr. Bente is an honorary lecturer at the “Frankfurt School of Finance & Management” and the Cooperative Academy; He is a member of the Audit Committee of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Dr. Bente is co-author of the “Beraterhandbuch Wirtschaftsstrafrecht”, published in 2011 in the third edition as well as in the handbook “Bankrecht”, appearing in 2011 in the second edition.
